Patent pending
status and priority dates
An
international patent application, incorporating the key elements of the
Metamorphosis automation engine, was lodged on 29 April, 2005 with a priority
date of 17 May, 2004 based on an earlier provisional patent application.
A favourable
International Search Report and written opinion was received from the
International Searching Authority in mid July 2005.
National patent
applications will be filed in our major target markets over the coming months.
